We have a 14-day exchange or voucher policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a voucher.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, with original tags attached in original packaging. If your returned item is in used condition, we will not accept your exchange and deliver it back to your original shipping address. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For the exchange, you can :
- Exchange for another size.
- Have a voucher.
To start an exchange contact us by clicking here, of email us at email@example.com. Don't forget to put your name, order number and tracking number in order for us to facilitate the exchange.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving the shipping label, you have 7 days to send the package. After 7 days, your exchange will be refused. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
When returning items from outside the EU, you may incur import duties. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and customers must take charge of them. Please note that we will deduct any eventual import duties related to your return from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
