What countries does JASMAINS.fr deliver to ?

Our online boutique delivers internationally. You can find the list of available locations below. Please contact our Customer service if you have any additional questions : contact@jasmains.fr

What delivery services are available ? All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9 AM —6 PM on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address.

Is the delivery of my order free ? Shipping fees are included in the final price of your order. Please note that the shipping amount will appear in your receipt.

Do I need to pay custom fees ? For order placed outside the UE, JASMAINS covers applicable duties and customs fees for most* delivery countries. *Please refer to the list bellow for countries or regions where JASMAINS does not cover customs duties: REMPLIR.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Orders are generally delivered between 2–4 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays. During our sales period, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.

Has my order been shipped ?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Don't hesitate to contact our carrier or our customer service for any further questions.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do ?

We kindly invite you to open a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service at contact@jasmains.fr. Please kindly note that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted in 14 working* days following the delivery of the parcel

  • After this period, we are not able to claim any lost orders.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through DHL.com.

INSURANCE

Jasmains Paris insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Jasmains Paris.

ORDER STATUS

All orders are shipped with DHL and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.

Alternatively, you can refer to the “Orders” section of your account to get general information about your order status.

 

Refund Policy

Refund and exchanges conditions

JASMAINS have a 14-day refund policy, which means the Customer have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return.

The Customer must contact the customer service via e-mail at contact@jasmains.fr, and a return form will be sent. The Customer will have to fill this form and send it back by e-mail to the customer service.

After the return request is accepted, the Customer will have 14 days to send back the package. After these 14 days, the return will be refused and there will not be a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Items sent back to JASMAINS without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When returning items from outside the EU, import duties may occur. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and customers must take charge of them.

Return conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, with original tags attached in original packaging. If the returned item is in used condition, JASMAINS will not accept your exchange and deliver it back to the Customer’s original shipping address. Receipt or proof of purchase will be needed.

Products belonging to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel.

Before requesting the return, please read our full Return Conditions carefully.

Exchanges

For an exchange, you can :

  • Exchange for another size
  • Exchange for another color if only available while stocks last

Return exclusions

Beachwear and underwear can be returned only with the package sealed. Customized items and Giftcard cannot be exchanged or returned.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/custom piece/pre-order items cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund confirmation

As soon as the customer care team receives the returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been meet, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. Receiving this e-mail means that the return has been accepted. The refund will be requested on the day the return is accepted, on the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending the Customer’s bank.
